Sydney Smith
Hi, my name is Sydney Smith, a personal trainer based in Surrey, BC. I’ve been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember, growing up in New Westminster and competing in sports from a young age. I started playing soccer at 7 years old and continued for 11 years, and I picked up lacrosse at 9, playing competitively for 6 years. My journey into weightlifting began at 15, and by 18, I was diving into the world of competitive bodybuilding. Since then, fitness has been a central part of my life.
