As the owner and head trainer of Push Fitness Club, I bring over 12 years of experience to every client I work with. I’m deeply committed to helping people achieve their fitness goals, and I pride myself on bringing positive energy and relentless drive into everything I do.
Whether I’m creating customized training plans, supporting my team, or pushing clients to reach their full potential, my goal is to build an environment where everyone feels empowered to grow and challenge themselves. I’m passionate about transforming lives, building a strong community, and helping people become their best selves every step of the way.
As the driving force behind Push Fitness Club, I combine professionalism with a personal, hands-on approach to coaching. I’m known for my work ethic and the energy I bring into the space, making sure every client feels supported in their journey. From structured programming to the culture we’ve built, my mission is to create lasting change and a community rooted in strength and resilience.

Danny Singh
I’ve been training for over four years and working on my own fitness for the past 10. I started my journey at 17 years old, weighing 130lbs, and built myself up to 170lbs through consistency, discipline, and a commitment to learning what truly works.
Today, I specialize in coaching clients between the ages of 30–65, helping them build strength, improve their confidence, and create sustainable habits that fit into their everyday lives. I understand that everyone’s starting point and lifestyle is different, which is why I focus on realistic, structured programs that deliver long-term results.
My goal is to make training approachable, effective, and something you can actually stick to. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve your health, or simply feel stronger and more confident day to day.

Lishika Chhabra
I’ve been training since 2019, building my physique through discipline, structure, and consistency. I’ve taken myself through every phase, from bulking to cutting and developing lean muscle. Understanding what real transformation requires.
I specialize in strength and conditioning, functional training, and injury rehab, working with clients who are serious about results both physically and mentally. As a wellness competitor preparing to return to the stage, I bring a high level of precision, discipline, and accountability to every client. No shortcuts, just work that speaks.

Sydney Smith
With over 3.5 years of personal training experience and my NASM certification, I specialize in heavy lifting and helping clients break through their perceived limitations. I’ve guided clients aged 16 to 65, from complete beginners to advanced lifters, and I’m proud to have supported several 40+ lb weight-loss transformations. My approach combines strength training with a focus on long-term progress, empowering each client to see just how strong they really are.
Beyond the gym, you’ll often find me hiking BC’s trails or out hunting. Staying active outdoors is part of what keeps me grounded and inspired. Working closely with practitioners like RMTs and physiotherapists has also deepened my understanding of movement and recovery, allowing me to better support my clients’ needs.
